Mr Pan has had some 30 years managerial and consultant experience from both private and public sectors home and abroad. Vision, leadership, strategic thinking, innovative, team worker and result-oriented are always his guidelines for NUHCs development.
Mr Pan maintains a positive attitude starting with hotel industry in China where he leads consulting business and extending projects scope toward better habitations.
Mr Pan was awarded Guanghua Prize from Xiamen University, pursued further educations from Nanjing University Hopkins Center (NUHC) and inter-disciplinary research from the Waikato Management School.
